|Description=Infantry has served as the main backbone of virtually every war since the birth of the human race on ancient Terra. Infantry is armed with moderate weapons, but they are extremely vulnerable from [[:Category:BattleMechs|Mechs]] and [[:Category:Battle Armor|Battle Armor]]. They are fatigued after traveling long distances.

The only differences between Clan Infantry and Inner Sphere Infantry is that Clan Infantry all have a standard 5 slot [[Weapon Hardpoint|Energy]] on the left where, where the Inner Sphere Infantry all have a 5 slot  [[Weapon Hardpoint|Ballistic]]. Additionally, only Clan infantry can equip enhanced optics where only Inner Sphere infantry can eqiup the IFF Jammer.
